Refund policy

At Paula Cuore, we hope you love your new artisanal jewelry! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date. You can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Considerations:

  • Sale items, custom or personalized orders are Final Sale and are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
  • We reserve the right not to accept a return if these conditions are not met.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, simply contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
